United Methodist Womenwomen

One of the most active ministry groups at Sea Isle City United Methodist Church is our United Methodist Women (UMW) who are consistent in their fundraising for our missions’ projects and always ready to give a hand when called upon.

United Methodist Women is an organization of approximately one million members throughout the United Methodist Church whose purpose is to foster spiritual growth, develop leaders and advocate for justice. Members raise nearly $25 million each year for programs and projects related to women, children and youth in the United States and in more than 100 countries around the world.

Our UMW is organized into “circle” fellowship groups that meet at various times throughout the month. The convenience of these circle meetings allows for women who attend Central to find a “circle” that fits into their own personal schedules. Women of all ages are active members of our UMW and the various “circles.”

Youth

We love our youth and the  gifts they bring to our church to make us all better people. Motivated by our own faith, we give our youth the opportunity to make a decision to become a follower of Jesus Christ and become a vital part of our local church. Our greatest desire to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus with devotion to the Word of God, prayer and commitment to evangelism.
